Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after they have been placed, usually the next working day.
We have 2 delivery options available to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery - £5.95 currently reduced to £1.95.
We aim to deliver parcels within 3 days following dispatch via Royal Mail. This is ideal if you are planning your party in advance.
Next Day Delivery - £8.50
If you are running out of time and need your items quicker than our standard delivery, then please use this service. This is a next day service via Royal Mail.
Please note that ownership of the products will only pass to you once we receive full payment of all sums due in respet of the products, including delivery charges.
Delivery charges are based on deliveries to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands). We are happy to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland but the cost of delivery may vary due to weight and delivery requirements. To get the most of your party bags please note that most parcels will require a signature on delivery. If you are not able to sign for items we are happy to leave your parcel with a neighbour or a safe place under your instruction. Please add a comment at the checkout process so your request can be catered for. If you are not in, Royal Mail will place a card through the door so you can re arrange delivery.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You may cancel your order and return the goods within seven working days, beginning on the first working day after you have received the products. If you wish to cancel the order for any reason then please contact us at info@sprinklesbylpk.comwithin this seven day cooling off period quoting the following details:
• order number
• reason for returning items
• stating whether a replacement is required
We will refund the price of the products in full, including our cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, together with risk of loss or damage to the goods. You should therefore take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. In the event the item is faulty, we will refund all postage and packing.
We appreciate that you will not always be able to judge the number of guests who may turn up to your party. Understanding this predicament, we are happy to extend to provide you with the facility to order extra bags and return them to us within seven working days of the date of your party. Provided the bags are in their original condition, we will refund the cost of the bag. Unfortunately we can not pay for your postage and packaging.
Please note that to obtain a complete refund all items need to be in their original condition complete with all relevant packaging. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the relevant goods. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You should note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
