This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we will supply the products listed on our website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy our products.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.
Your contract with us will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in our dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.
Payments for all products are taken via either Paypal or Google Checkout. Payments are completed via their respective websites and your payment details are not provided to us.
The price of any product will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. All prices quoted are in sterling unless otherwise mentioned. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you dispatch confirmation.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after they have been placed, usually the next working day.
We have 2 delivery options available to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery - £5.95. Curretnly reduced to £1.95
We aim to deliver parcels within 3 days following dispatch via Royal Mail. This is ideal if you are planning your party in advance.
Next Day Delivery - £8.50
If you are running out of time and need your items quicker than our standard delivery, then please use this service. This is a next day service via Royal Mail.
Please note that ownership of the products will only pass to you once we receive full payment of all sums due in respet of the products, including delivery charges.
Delivery charges are based on deliveries to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands). We are happy to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland but the cost of delivery may vary due to weight and delivery requirements. If you are ordering one gift only, please contact us at info@sprinklesbylpk.comfor a personalised delivery price before ordering.
To get the most of your party bags please note that most parcels will require a signature on delivery. If you are not able to sign for items we are happy to leave your parcel with a neighbour or a safe place under your instruction. Please add a comment at the checkout process so your request can be catered for. If you are not in, Royal Mail will place a card through the door so you can re arrange delivery.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You may cancel your order and return the goods within seven working days, beginning on the first working day after you have received the products. If you wish to cancel the order for any reason then please contact us at info@sprinklesbylpk.comwithin this seven day cooling off period quoting the following details:
• order number
• reason for returning items
• stating whether a replacement is required
We will refund the price of the products in full, including our cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, together with risk of loss or damage to the goods. You should therefore take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. In the event the item is faulty, we will refund all postage and packing.
We appreciate that you will not always be able to judge the number of guests who may turn up to your party. Understanding this predicament, we are happy to extend to provide you with the facility to order extra bags and return them to us within seven working days of the date of your party. Provided the bags are in their original condition, we will refund the cost of the bag. Unfortunately we can not pay for your postage and packaging.
Please note that to obtain a complete refund all items need to be in their original condition complete with all relevant packaging. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the relevant goods. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You should note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Your child’s safety is important to us. We have sourced our products from suppliers who have tested their products to comply with Toy (Safety) Regulations 1995. Due to this we are happy to offer a 7 day refund guarantee in case they are faulty. Please see the returns section for details.
Please note that not all items are suitable for children under 3. We include a safely note in bags of this nature detailing that "ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES”. This must not be removed. We always recommend adult supervision regardless of the age of the child.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking any contract with you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products you have purchased. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the amount you have paid for such products.
We are not liable for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts or any other consequential, special or indirect losses, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, in connection with the products offered for sale on this website or their use or the manner in which we have delivered our services.
The exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.
The logos used on this website are the property of Sprinkles Limited. Unauthorised use of this website, the logos or its contents, including the republication of some or all of the website, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Sprinkles Limited.
Please note that we take our customers’ privacy and security very seriously.
We only use your names and address for the purposes of completing business with you. We do not pass any information to any third parties. We may occasionally send you newsletters of special offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive such updates, this can be noted on your account page at www.sprinklesbylpk.com.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws, changes in our system's capabilities or otherwise.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law, or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we dispatch the products to you (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the products).
Should we fail at any time during the term of our contract with you to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under our contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under our contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
We provide links to the websites of unaffiliated companies and other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites. Sprinkles Limited does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any of these and any other third-parties. A person who is not a party to any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term set out herein.
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
